IMAP, POP & SMTP Email Settings
Web Wiz mailboxes support IMAP, POP, SMTP, and WebMail services. On this page you will find out how to setup your POP 3\IMAP email client, such as Outlook to send and receive emails from your Web Wiz Mailboxes.
To send and receive email using the Web Wiz mail servers you need to enter the following, Host names, Authentication and TCP Port Numbers into your email client: -

SPAM Filtering
Our email system has a spam scanning feature that assigns weights to each email based on their spam likelihood. You have the freedom to set up spam filters on our servers, and choose the corresponding actions to take for each weighting.
You are able to configurable Spam Filters from your WebMail Service. You can select what action to take when emails are detected as being SPAM.
By default emails detected as SPAM with have the subject line prefixed with; ** SPAM-LOW **, ** SPAM-MED **, and ** SPAM-HIGH **.
Anti-mail ware Scanning
Emails are scanned for malware and viruses. If an email is detected as To ensure the safety and security of our email system, we scan all incoming emails for potential malware and viruses. If an email is detected as containing malware, it will be immediately removed from your inbox and placed in a secure quarantine area. You will be notified via email of the quarantined email. This process is in place to protect you and our email system from potential security breaches and to maintain a safe environment for all users.
